Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PawsClick account and all associated pet data at any time.
In the app
Open PawsClick, go to Account, choose Delete Account, and follow the prompts.
By email
Email privacy@pawsclick.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account".
What happens next
- We verify the request is connected to your account
- Your account and pet records are scheduled for deletion
- Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons
